Using ServiNexo

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorised to manage the business and records you submit. Keep account details accurate and credentials secure.

Free service

All currently available core features are free. No payment subscription is required. You are responsible for your internet access and any outside services you choose. No paid service will be purchased on your behalf through this application.

Your records

You retain your rights in the information you enter. You grant permission to process it only as needed to operate the service. You must have the necessary permissions to store customer and staff data. Do not upload unlawful, abusive or fraudulent content or attempt unauthorised access.

Business decisions and reports

Check quotations, service reports, tax inputs, dates and payment records before sharing or relying on them. Quotations are not tax invoices. ServiNexo does not process payments, guarantee collections or perform service jobs. You are responsible for your contracts, tax obligations, work and customer commitments.

Availability and account access

The service is provided as available. Features may change and interruptions may occur. Keep your own copies of important records. Misuse may result in restricted access. Contact us to request account closure or data assistance.

Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ServiNexo does not guarantee error-free operation or accept liability for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
