Privacy Policy
Effective 20 October 2026
This policy explains how ServiNexo handles information when you use this website and business management application.
Information we store
We store your business name, owner name, email, password hash, recovery-code hash, email-verification status, expiring hashed account-link tokens, profile details, and the customer, equipment, technician, job, AMC, quotation and payment records you enter. Contact forms store your name, email, message and submission time. Hosting logs may contain IP addresses and technical request information. Hashed IP-based rate-limit keys are retained temporarily to reduce abuse.
How information is used
We use this information to provide your workspace, authenticate access, generate reports, calculate dues, display AMC reminders, respond to support requests and protect the service. When email is configured, we send verification links and password-reset links requested for verified accounts. Expired account-link tokens are periodically removed. When enabled by the operator, AMC reminder emails go to the business account email. They are not sent automatically to your customers.
Cookies and third parties
An essential session cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms. With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and interactions on our public pages using analytics cookies and technical information such as browser, device and approximate location. The tag is not loaded until you select Allow analytics. Login, signup forms, recovery and business workspace pages do not load Analytics. If you have allowed analytics, the separate welcome page records a successful signup event without including account details. We do not intentionally send account details, customer records or form contents to Google Analytics; page URLs exclude query strings and fragments. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration. Your analytics choice is stored in this browser. You can reject analytics without affecting the service, and change your choice below. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy policy. Hosting and email providers, where configured, process information needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.
Your responsibilities and choices
Only enter data you have authority to use. Inform your customers and staff about how you use their information. Keep passwords and recovery codes private. You can edit your business records and download reports. To request access to, correction of or deletion of account data, use the Contact page; the operator may verify ownership before acting.
Retention and security
Records remain while your account is active or until a verified deletion request is handled, subject to applicable retention obligations. Backups may retain older records for their configured retention period. We use password hashing, session protection and business-level access controls, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Contact and changes
Use Contact for privacy questions. Material changes will be reflected in this policy and its effective date.
