AMC cost calculator
Know your costs. Build a clearer quote.
Enter the costs for all equipment in one annual contract. Your inputs stay in this tab and are not saved or included in analytics.
How the estimate works
Annual cost = visits × (labour + travel) + parts allowance + overhead.
Estimated annual price = annual cost ÷ (1 − gross margin ÷ 100).
For example: 4 visits × ₹500 + ₹500 parts + ₹500 overhead = ₹3,000 annual cost. At a 20% gross margin, the estimated price is ₹3,750 before tax and the amount above the entered costs is ₹750. Margin is a share of the selling price; it is different from adding a 20% markup to costs.
What should you include?
Count every unit covered by the contract. Include realistic travel time, technician costs and the parts you agree to cover. A labour-only contract and a parts-inclusive contract need different allowances. Add provision for unplanned calls in overhead; the calculator does not predict failures.
Before sending a quote
State the covered equipment, number of planned visits, exclusions, breakdown-call terms and contract dates. Review costs and applicable tax separately. This is an estimate based on your inputs, not a recommended market price or a guarantee of profit.
